If an email fails to deliver, such as the welcome email upon signup, we can remove that email address from your account or terminate the entire account without notice and we are not financially or legally liable. You agree that the members of Ramblon LLC cannot be legally, contractually, or financially liable for Critic Wave or Ramblon LLC's websites. You agree that Ramblon LLC is not an alter ego of its members and that the right to pierce Ramblon LLC to sue its members is waived. You agree that by accessing our website that you are going to be legally bound by these Terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a business, you agree that you have the legal power to bind the business to these terms or you agree to be held as the sole party legally responsible and indemnify Critic Wave for any actions made without legal power to bind the business to these terms.

You agree that we can provide content, but you and other members can also provide content. You agree that we are not liable for any user-generated content. Your agree that we are not liable for presenting any third-party content or content from third-parties. However, there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, which is at the discretion of Ramblon LLC. You also agree that we have the right to remove, edit, limit or block access to any of your content at any time and we have no obligation to display or review your content. You also agree that any content uploaded to us by other members belongs to the user who posted the content, so you do not have any rights to that member's content. You may also not use any content uploaded to us by other members to harass, spam, threaten, or use for commercial purposes. Please note that content uploaded to us is subject to the terms and conditions of Sections 512(c) and/or 512(d) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act 1998. You agree that we may remove at any time any content uploaded to us without notice, without consent, and without liability. You also agree that we may limit your content from public view or from people that are not logged in. Any content, logos, interfaces, graphics, text, or other content within the website belong to us and you must have explict permission from us to use the content outside of our website. We also grant you a non-exclusive, limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable, license to access and use our content within the website without the right to sublicence.

You agree that we may advertise within the website. You also agree that we can provide nationwide advertising or content to you that was paid directly to Ramblon LLC. You also agree that you can make purchases within the website and that we can complete the transaction, which can be processed by a third party processor. You agree that this transaction is a one-time payment which cannot and shall not be refunded, even if unused. In the event your account is deleted, suspended or terminated, you also agree that there shall be no refunds.

5. Push notiications, promotions, and location based features
You agree that we may send you promotions using email unless you unsubscribe. You also agree that we may send you emails about your account or information at any time. You also agree that we can send push notifications to you unless you opt-out. You also agree that your location can be collected in order to use the website, which can be used publically and stored by us. You also agree that we are not responsible for any failure by any payment provider or any failure during the payment process.
